Hello and welcome to Rhine Stone Valley Poodles!

We’re a mother and daughter team striving to be dedicated to producing quality Standard Poodles with fantastic temperament, health, and conformation. The very last thing we care to breed for is color, but we do have our own personal goals in that aspect as well! We love what we do!

A little more about us:
I (Lyric) am currently 12 years old and have followed in the footsteps of my mother and grandparents to learn the ropes of breeding and showing and how we can be the best reputable breeders possible. For being so young, I know a lot about my poodles! I spend hours upon hours researching pedigrees, genetics, breed specific diseases, desirable characteristics in poodles and the list goes on. My mother and partner (Lucy) has been breeding for nearly 20 years and my grandmother (Susanne Sedillo of Happyheart Kennels) has raised top quality Dachshunds, Long haired Weimaraner and Standard Poodles for around 30 years. Our family has specialized in these German breeds as we are also German ourselves.

My mother and grandmother have also been groomers and exhibitors for several years as well as my grandmother being a vet tech for 15+ years. While working in a rehab case for training, my mother fell in love with Poodles and had to have them. We had been breeding Long and Short haired Dachshunds and Weimaraners for several years prior to having Poodles, and although we love both breeds, they were not right for us. Years later we started looking into Standard Poodles. After researching breeders, we finally found the perfect puppy whom is now known as Harvey Dent! Harvey Dent is the foundation stud and the star of both Rhine Stone Valley Poodles as well as Rainbow Rose Poodles (formerly known as Parti Galaxy Poodles) and he will always have a special place in our hearts because we would not be where we are today without him!
Of course we’re breeders, but we do occasionally rehabilitate neglected/abused dogs to find them their forever homes whenever possible. We have a strict quarantine policy. We’re very dedicated to improving the standard poodle breed by producing the healthiest, smartest, prettiest puppies possible! We are HOBBY and SHOW breeders and do show some of our dogs in UKC!

Our dogs are all AKC and UKC registered. They’re also all genetically health tested or clear by parentage. At this time, we only have Standard Poodles, minis and/or toys are a possibility within the next few years. We want to produce the healthiest puppies possible for their new families. We’re very picky when it comes to selecting homes for our babies as we want the best life and home for them throughout their whole lives. Our puppies and dogs are ALL in our home. Our dogs are family members and treated nothing short of that. We have very carefully chosen which sires and dams will be used in our program. We’re incredibly happy and proud of how far we’ve come in our breeding program. Breeding takes hard work, dedication, and passion and we’re very happy to call ourselves reputable breeders!
The puppies are handled daily from the time they make their arrival to when they meet their new families at 9-10 weeks of age. Their tails are NOT docked and dewclaws are NOT removed for any reason unless medically necessary. We also start them on grooming, noise desensitizing, and potty training at a young age to get them used to being groomed and potty trained quickly once in their new home. The puppies are played with by a 6 year old little girl (Saoirse) who is fantastic at socializing and loving the pups up along with our Cousins who happen to be right next door (Keaton who is 10 and Evie who is 5).
They’re also all vet checked, up to date on shots, de-wormed religiously, genetic testing is done if needed, etc. Through careful research, our dogs are eating Purina dog food and Purina Pro Plan lamb and rice, which are both decent quality foods that we have found works out great for out beloved fur babies. We have tried more expensive and "praise worthy" foods in the past but they simply didn't agree with our dogs. Every dog is different.

 

Like I said above, we do have a great variety of colors which is a nice little plus to a healthy dog! We have pretty much every color of poodles there is including: nonfading Black, Brown (we are working on Red), Blue, Gray (light blue), Cafe au Lait, Apricot and Cream/white and we specialize in the Parti-color pattern as well as Phantom and abstracts and we hope to eventually add Brindle and other patterns and colors eventually.

Personally (Lyric), the Phantom and Parti patterns have stolen my heart, my mother Lucy, on the other hand is partial to Partis and nonfading colors.

We’re located in El Reno, Oklahoma but can arrange personal delivery. Pick-up is also welcome.
In addition, we have several references available that will gladly tell you their experience with buying from us. Yes, we DO offer a health guarantee as well! Unfortunately we also charge extra for said warranty as we have had too many past clients break our contract.
I cannot stress to y’all how important a good relationship with our puppy buyers is to us!!! These puppies remain part of our family for their ENTIRE lives!! So long as the new owner keeps in contact with us of course. (That is part of our health guarantee also)
